Do you have the heart of a teacher?

CFK is actively seeking passionate educators and industry professionals to join us in delivering student-centered, accessible, and workforce-focused education that serves both the Florida Keys and a global community.

  • Keys residents across all backgrounds from business, healthcare, and emergency services to technical trades, government, and the arts are welcome.
  • Qualifications for teaching at CFK vary by program type, ranging from advanced degrees and industry certifications to years of hands-on experience in a field.

CFK serves students from Key West to Key Largo and is committed to drawing on the rich professional talent already living and working throughout Monroe County, including CFK alumni who have gone on to build careers in the community. Depending on academic discipline, program area, or course type, teaching opportunities may be scheduled for daytimes Monday through Fridays, evenings, and weekends, to meet the needs of CFK’s student body.
