Anti-Hazing Policy
In compliance with the Stop Campus Hazing Act, College Policy 7.240, and Florida Statute, the College of the Florida Keys shall not tolerate hazing at or on any college property or at any college-sponsored or college-affiliated event, on or off any campus or center. Any college organization, as an organization or through any person associated with a college organization, which authorizes or participates in hazing in blatant disregard of the College’s Anti-hazing policy may be penalized according to the Student Code of Conduct. The Campus Hazing Transparency Report includes the findings concerning any student organization found to be in violation of CFK’s Student Code of Conduct related to hazing.

The College of the Florida Keys has a zero-tolerance policy for hazing. We are dedicated to fostering a safe and respectful campus environment for all students, faculty, and staff.
