The Entrepreneurship Incubator Lab (EIL) at the Upper Keys Center is a hands-on, immersive learning experience designed to help aspiring entrepreneurs transform ideas into viable, sustainable ventures. Through expert-led workshops, personalized mentoring, and direct engagement with local business leaders, participants gain the knowledge, tools, and confidence needed to launch, grow, or reimagine their business ideas.

EIL hands-on workshops guide participants through each stage of the entrepreneurial process from idea to opportunity and everything in between. EIL monthly Colloquiums bring the community together for conversations on innovation, leadership, and networking to bridge education and the real world. EIL speaker series features founders, executives, creators, and innovators from diverse industries. EIL Pitch Nights showcase participants' work to community partners, angel investors, and supporters from across the region.
The EIL hosts ongoing events aimed at developing entrepreneurial skills and building community engagement.
Our mentors bring deep expertise across key areas of entrepreneurship, including marketing, finance, operations, hospitality, technology, and social entrepreneurship.
Throughout the year, the EIL welcomes dynamic speakers from across the Keys and South Florida.
