CFK invites all to explore academic and workforce options at a Virtual Academic Showcase on March 31
KEY WEST, FL, March 17, 2026— The College of the Florida Keys (CFK) is hosting a Virtual Academic Showcase for anyone interested in learning about different college programs that can help them achieve their career goals. Participants can speak directly with CFK faculty and current students virtually via Zoom on Tuesday, March 31 at 5:30 p.m. to explore programs, degrees, certificates, and financial support to make it affordable.
The showcase is designed for anyone thinking through their next educational step including graduating high school students, working adults looking to change or advance their career, or someone just returning to the workforce. Academic deans, faculty, and current students will be on hand to share firsthand insights and answer questions live.
Participants will get an inside look at a wide range of programs spanning two tracks: academic pathways such as business and education; and career and technical programs such as law enforcement, criminal justice, culinary arts, marine science, nursing, hospitality, and construction apprenticeships. Participants will also receive guidance on selecting a program that aligns with their goals.
Whether the goal is a bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or a certificate, prospective students will learn what’s possible and how to get started.
All attendees will receive a code to waive the $30 application fee.
Enrollment windows are approaching. Applications for summer sessions are due by May 1 for classes beginning May 18 and fall semester applications are due by August 5 for classes beginning August 17.
