Who can apply at our facility

Our Passport Acceptance Agency is authorized to process DS-11 applications. This includes all first-time applicants, minors, and applicants who are not eligible to use the DS-82 form.

The items required for adults and children differ. A summary of requirements can be found on our Passport Application Checklist (Lista de verificación de la solicitud de pasaporte).

For a complete list of instructions and requirements, please visit the Travel.State.Gov website at https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/apply-renew-passport/apply-in-person.html

Both parents or guardians must be present during the processing of applications for minors (15 years old and under) unless form DS-3053 (Statement of Consent) is completed and included with your application upon arrival.

Our facility does not provide interpreters for non-English speaking applicants. It is the applicants responsibility to bring an adult interpreter to assist them with communicating with our agents.

Passport renewals (Form DS-82) must be submitted by mail to the US Department of State. Our facility is not authorized to assist you with this form.
